This group is for all members, who want to accept themselves as they are in order to become the person they want to be.
You will have the opportunity to explore and develop personal goals related to awareness of feelings about self and others. Together we grow into the best version of ourselves.

+ Dealing with blockades
+ Dealing with your own history
+ Developing a growth mindset
+ Goal setting and manifesting

We meet on the  second and fourth Tuesdays of the month from 10.00-12.00.
