BBQ at the social institution of Roman children

Dear Ladies,

SEWA  was invited to a BBQ party with a Roman institution with foreign volunteers by Tabitha Bulgaria Foundation.
If you are willing to join it, PLEASE REGISTER BY 17th of JULY, MONDAY, because we need to arrange the transportation.

Location: Roman is 130 km NE from Sofia on Hemus (A2) highway through
Vitinja. Tabitha will offer a van for 7 passengers.
Car Pool : Parking of IKEA, main entrance

Roman institution:  the children in Roman are about 25, aged 5 to 18,
some with slightly handicapped.

Usually Tabitha Bulgaria buys most of the things for the BBQ.
But we will bring home made(or readymade) cakes, salads, sweets, fruits, Coka Cola etc. for our contribution.
