Dear Ladies,
On Wednesday, 31st of July, we are invited to a BBQ at the Social Institution (Complex for Social Services for Children and Families) in the town of Roman (130 km NW of Sofia). We would be delighted if you could join us.
Tabitha Foundation launched the BBQ parties in Roman at the beginning of 2000 together with IWC. Later, it continued with the SEWA group every summer. The BBQ is an opportunity to spend a day with the less fortunate children from the institution and give them some attention.
There are 30 children in the orphanage, aged 7-19, some with disabilities, and a Day Care Centre for handicapped children from the region, with 20 children in total.
There will be a group of 14-15 Dutch volunteers helping the institution for 15 days this summer.
We kindly request the participants to bring cakes, sweets, fruits, soft drinks, quiches, salads, etc. Bring your children, too!
Second hand children clothes and toys (5 - 19 years) will be very welcome. (Clean and in good condition please)
Approximate duration : 10.00 -16:00
Meeting point: Hit Mladost Car Park at 9:30 h.

Transport: Carpooling and/ or Tabitha’s van (6 seats available). Please advise if you will be travelling with your own car.
